How to Create Purchase Order using Multiple Purchase Request in Sage X3

  1. Create the two or Multiple Purchase Request, without the supplier.

NOTE: If we enter the supplier in the Purchase request, then while creating a Purchase order it will only display the request that has same supplier.

    2. Then enter the supplier that is linked to that product which is used in Purchase request.

  1. Create the Purchase order with linked supplier

On the line level > click on action button > select the Product-supplier selection.

  1. Then, the Product Reference selection screen will display a list of products from the same supplier entered in the purchase order, allowing you to select a product.

  1. A Requirements to consider screen will pop up, showing the quantity from the purchase request, that can also be editable and then click on OK.
Purchase order will get created for the two-purchase request.

To check the Purchase request number,

Purchase order > line level > click on action button > select View Pur Req consumed.
