In this blog we are going to discuss about the Inquiry Button on Sage 300 version 2018 (Web screen).

New Stuff: Extended Report Pack now compatible with GST

This new enhanced feature allow us to get the information of all the AR Related documents very much quickly and effectively.

  • Here is the below screenshot where we can find the Inquiry button.

  • The button click will further take us to the option where we can select two options to view the AR Documents i.e. Documents and Customer Documents. Here is the screenshot below.

  • Let’s go ahead with the Documents We can filter the data according to the Document No. as we want refer below screenshot. We have filter AR Documents with AR Invoice No. IN00000000000000000002. Here is the screenshot below.

  • The second option Customer Documents consist of multiple search criteria i.e. we can select Customer No, Document Type, Payment Status and National Account No. We have filtered the AR Customer Documents with Customer No 1200, Document Type with Invoice and Payment Status (Fully Paid) with Here is the screenshot below.

So this feature is very helpful and efficient for searching the  desired results.
