Transit transfer and transit receipt slip reports allow the users to check the transfer of goods that are moved and received in transit. In Sage 300 ERP, we can check for these reports through the transfer slip report. Now we have added two new columns in the report ‘Unit of cost’ and ‘Extended cost’ so that it will help user to keep a track of the numbers along with the quantities.

In the previous reports the fields of unit cost and extended cost were not included and so the amount for the goods transferred was not present in the report. By this new addition the unit cost of each item that is transferred can be seen in the report and also the cost can be checked in the extended cost column which is calculated based on unit cost and the quantity transferred.
Report will be printed from below screen :
New fields added are :
Unit cost : This column helps to calculate the unit cost of each item based on extended cost and unit quantity in the Transfer/Receipt.
Extended cost : Based on the value that is updated in the backend based on the Item quantity and price.
Total : Sum of all the extended cost for all the quantities
Thus with the help of this new addition users can keep a check on the transfer along with the cost required for the transfer.
