Sage 300 ERP provides users with Return order reports using Purchase Order forms which are useful in many ways while using Sage 300 ERP. In this blog, step by step we are going to discuss about Examine how a Sage 300 ERP user can utilize buy order forms to retrieve information about return orders that are generated in the buy Orders Transactions>>Return Entry screen for a specific purchase order.
Post a Return Entry after posting a Purchase Order and a Receipt for a particular order in PO transactions Return Entry screen. User can view its vendor details, Quantity returned, Return Number, PO number etc.
To generate a report of Return orders in PO forms, navigate to Purchase Orders>>PO forms. Please refer below screen shot.
After clicking on P/O forms, it will open a screen where you can find a screen named “Returns”. Click on it to generate Return reports. Please refer below screenshot.
Once clicked on Returns, a screen gets opened where it will asked to select a range of Return Number for which you want a report.
After entering the range of Return order numbers for which you want a report, click on the print to preview a report. The report looks like below screenshot.
You can open any Return report by clicking on Return number on the left, and can view all the details of any Return order you want.
