New Stuff :- A Change in report printing process with release of Sage 300 2021.2
Sage 300 ERP provides a report that displays account balances as of a “specified fiscal period.” However, in certain business scenarios, users may need to print the report for a Document date range. To address this, we have developed a custom report called the “Document Date wise GL Summarised Trial Balance Report”.
This report generates a trial balance report or worksheet that lists selected account balances for a specified date range. You can print this report for a given date range and review your account balances.
The report includes the transaction amount divided into credit and debit columns. Please refer to the report format below, which will give you an idea of its appearance:
This program allows you to filter the data based on account, Account group and optional field department. Please refer to the screenshot below for more information.
Group by Month feature: This trial balance report can be printed with a grouping option by month, which allows you to divide all transaction amounts based on daily posted transactions for each month. This provides greater visibility into monthly posted transactions, enhancing your financial analysis.
