In Sage 300 ERP, Raw materials forecasting is the process of creating the required quantity estimations and material costs, which will assist your business in better understanding and controlling its future costs. For effective analysis and decision-making, the Raw Material Forecasting Report offers instant access to raw material amount parameters that are condensed at multiple adjustable levels such as due dates, warehouse location, BOM Item, etc.
In this blog, we are going to discuss working of Raw Materials Forecasting report. The report will export all the data regarding how much quantities worth raw materials are currently present in the inventory and how much more you will need to assemble the BOM Item which will fulfill the order received from the customer. To organize the data as per the user’s requirement we have provided the filters on dates, BOM Item Number and Inventory Locations. User needs to define the output file name and above-mentioned filters to get required results upon clicking of export button.
