Creating a TimeCard entry in Sage 300 US Payroll is a simple three-step process.

  1. Format of Excel:

In the Excel file, the first column contains employee code, while the remaining columns represent their earnings and deductions. The system reads the earning/deduction codes directly from the header row, ensuring accurate mapping during the import process.

  1. Finally, provide a valid name for the TimeCard and click ‘Import.’
