New stuff : Introduction to Digital Signature Addon in Sage300 ERP
The WhatsApp integration is a complete add-on that allows users to send messages and a copy of documents consisting of predefined details to the appropriate vendor/customer via WhatsApp only for selected transaction screens that are authorized from WhatsApp Notification Assignment screens.

WhatsApp integration module has the following screens:
1) Setup
- Notification Setup
- Notification Assignment
This addon include both Notification setup and Notification Assignment screen. The Setup screen allows user to enter required message for Standard, Due Date and Post-Due Date notifications for all transaction types. And notification Assignment screen is used to select transaction screens for which user wish to send notifications and other details via WhatsApp. Once the transaction is created, the user can click the WhatsApp button, and a copy of the transaction notification will be sent directly to the vendor or customer after the document is posted.
