In this blog, we will discuss about both below screen which we have customized let’s take a short overview of both screen
- OE Shipment screen
- PO Receipt entry screen
We have customized both above the screen to find item number, LOT number of item etc. and update automatically into the customized grid
Overview of Customized OE Shipment screen
- We have customized OE Shipment Entry
- To navigate the screen OE Order Entry–> O/E Transaction–>Shipment Entry
The system will check if the Detail item number and an item which we will scan through the barcode scanner both item codes does not match then the system will display error message “item mismatch”
If the Detail item number and an item which we will scan through the barcode scanner both item codes match, serial number textbox will be enabled then we will scan serial number of the item and that will be updated under serial number field (refer below the customized screen)

Overview of Customized PO GRN screen
- We have customized PO GRN Entry
- To navigate the screen PO Purchase Order–> P/O Transaction–> GRN Entry
On F6 button System will check if the Detail selected item number and an item which we will scan through the barcode scanner both item codes does not match then the system will display error message “item mismatch”
If the Detail item number and an item which we will scan through the barcode scanner both item codes match, serial number textbox will be enabled then we will scan serial number of the item and that will be updated under serial number field (refer below the customized screen)
PO GRN Screen
We have customized both screen and working will be same as mentioned for both screens.
