Now it is available in Sage CRM to create new Opportunity from Communication Screen. We have the solution which adds a new button named “New Opportunity” to Communication Screen. It helps the user to create new opportunity based on the scheduled communications. Moreover it saves the time and effort required to navigate through the Opportunity Entity while with in Communication context.
