Hi folks! In this article I will be explaining how you can link your website address with your CRM Main Menu. Consider adding a button in SageCRM which navigates to the company website. This can be done with no customization at all. Here is how.
1.Login to CRM.
2.Go to Administration |Systems |System Behavior
3.Click on Change button and enter the required URL as shown in the below screen shot for your reference.
4.Then click save and logoff from crm.
5.Again login ,click on the downward arrow next to log off icon under main menu. You will find a new icon named as Home.
6.On click of Home button you will be redirected to the entered URL.
