In our previous blog topic we have explained new features about Sage CRM 2014 R2 version. Likewise, this time also we are taking up a feature called pipeline for Case Entity which gives a graphical representation of the data to a user

In the new version, Sage has introduced a new way to display pipeline for each of the entities like for Opportunity we have funnel which shows data and for Case entity we have block wise representation of the data. Below screenshot is taken from On premise version of Sage CRM.
Now, in cloud version of Sage CRM it has been changed as shown below which gives similar data but in a different form.
Even if you click on any of the color/block it will filter the cases accordingly. See below screenshot for your reference.
