Well, sometimes while setting up the integration on client environment we face issues which are specifically related to access violation or improper rights given to Program folders.
New Stuff: How to Remove Report Category from CRM?
Let’s see how to provide rights to Sage 300 ERP Program Folder.
- Select Sage 300 ERP option from start menu
- Right Click and select Properties option.
- Verify installation folder path in Target field
- Select install Sage 300 ERP folder from specific path e.g. D:\Program Files\ Sage
- Right click and select Properties option.
- Select Security Tab and click on Edit button.
- Here, configure domain users such as IIS_USER, IUSR, Everyone user rights to Sage folder.
Sage Accpac Tomcat 6 and Sage Accpac .NET Remoting Service:
- Go to Start | RUN
- Enter Services.msc and click on ok button
- Check whether Sage Accpac Tomcat 6 service is running or not. If not, then Start the same.
- Check whether Sage Accpac .NET Remoting Service is started or not. If not then please click on Start button to start the same.
- For both services you need to configure Startup Type as Automatic so that both the services can start automatically.
