Sage CRM 2018R3: Mark MailChimp Campaign’s as “Closed”

MailChimp is one of the effective e-marketing tool available in Sage CRM, through which you can send bulk emails to customers just by creating campaign in CRM. It has many features like you can see the MailChimp campaign result directly from CRM or you can view the same from MailChimp Account. One of the new feature introduced by Sage CRM is any business user can mark or update the status of any MailChimp campaign as “Closed”.

New Stuff: Migrate two or more company databases from any CRM to a single Sage CRM database company

In earlier version of Sage CRM this feature was not available. Now Sage has added a new Button named as “Close Campaign” on MailChimp Campaign details screen. Refer below screenshot.

While clicking on Close Campaign button, the campaign status will be marked as Closed. You can refer below screenshot for same.

This is a new feature designed to make life a little easier of MailChimp campaigns administrators. In order to access this, a user must have rights to use MailChimp campaigns. You can refer below link to know how we can give Mail Chimp Feature Access to Users in CRM.

Closing MailChimp campaigns in Sage CRM is particularly convenient way when you have a long list of campaigns and you want to remove some old or unused campaigns.
