Today in this blog, we will discuss about the warning message which displayed by GUMU during New Quote/Order process against Vendors using GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 integration.
New Stuff: New Feature in GUMU for Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration – Find Inventory
The user can identify that the imported Company in Sage CRM from Sage 100 is a Vendor or Customer through Sage 100 Type field which is present on company summary screen in Sage CRM. Refer to the below screenshot.
If any Sage CRM user creates new Sales Order against Vendor GUMU will display a message on Order screen as ‘You do not have permission to create Orders/Quotes for Vendors’. Please refer below screenshot,
Note – Against Vendors, you can create only Purchase Orders not Sales Order. As of now in our standard GUMU product, we have not provided feature of creating Purchase Orders from Sage CRM.
Similarly, you can observe the same message while creating new Sales Quote against any Vendor. Refer below screenshot,
