Delete Order feature using GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration

New Stuff: New Features in latest GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration

Today, we will walk through with a new enhancement of Delete Order which we have incorporated in our GUMU version. Users can delete orders from Sage 100 to Sage CRM on real time.

Delete order functionality will work as below.

  1. Let’s say user promoted order from CRM to Sage 100 or created any new Order in Sage 100.
  2. If Sage 100 user delete that order from Sage 100 then we will update the Order Status as DELETED in Sage CRM along with message on top of Order Summary screen.
  3. User can identified whether the Sales Order is Deleted or not through CRM Order Status = Deleted field and message ‘This Order has been deleted from Sage 100’.
  4. The Status and message which get reflected only when user click or refresh the Order Summary screen or tab. Refer below image of deleted order screen in CRM.

Deleting orders from Sage 100 to Sage CRM

Notes –

  • Delete Order functionality will not work during Edit Order process
  • Delete Order functionality will work only for Active (i.e. Open) Orders not for partial or full shipment.
  • Delete Order functionality will work only when GUMU Module setting is Active in Sage 100.

With the help of this functionality the CRM users will be aware of Sage 100 deleted orders and no further junk data will get created in CRM
