Web Portal:
To access their job details users can log in to the portal using their login ID and passwords. This portal is designed for mobile and tablet screens so UI design is user-friendly and clean. After login into the portal user can see all the assigned jobs to the logged-in user. This portal is compatible with Android as well as IOS also. Users can also be logged in to the portal from desktop browsers.
Job Processing:
Users can see all the Job list and on click of Job name, it will navigate to the job detail screen. The detail contains Basic job details like Description, Ref ID, Company Name, Person Name it also contains Problem Type, Problem Details, Solution Type, Solution Type, Solution Details, etc. From the Job Details, screen the user can also change details before processing the Sign-Off. After the job processing on a real-time basis, the user can Sign off the job with the client’s signature. On click of Sign Off user can see the next screen where the user can add name and their signature using a pen of tablet or directly by fingers.
After sign off a job, the document is merged with the signature also confirmation mail sent to the user. This Mail contains Job document in PDF format with Signature.
Document Upload:
Mobile signature provides features to the user can upload documents or images for jobs. There are dedicated buttons on the Job detail screen on the portal to upload images name as ‘Upload Photos’ and ‘Upload From Dropbox’.
This how a Mobile Service Signature helps to manage all the jobs, Job documents, and Sign Off confirmation with the help of predefined modules in it.
