In this blog, we are going to discuss “The troubleshooting steps to make the Node-Red service functional”.
We have implemented new features in the GUMU™ integration that are operated with the help of node-red services. It’s entirely focused on the functionality of displaying Sage 100 sales data on a real-time basis. This also indicates presenting dashboards and charts in the graphical format of the various processes.
Here are some steps a user may take to diagnose or repair the node-red.
Option1:
1.Navigate to task Scheduler application present on Sage CRM server
2. Search for Node-Red Sync task under Task Scheduler
3. Observe if it is in a ready state or running state
4. If the ready state then kindly click on the run button and if it is in the running state then first end the task and then click on the run button.
5. Now, verify the dashboards and view the ERP data tab.
Option2:-
1.Open the Command Prompt using Run as Administrator
2. Feed the command as ‘Node-Red’ and click enter
3. Now, verify the dashboard and View ERP Data tab will be in a working state
4. For this option the users will need to keep an eye out that this command prompt screen should not be closed or else the Node-Red features will not be operational.
Option3:-
- Kindly test the link server connectivity from the SQL application. Also, make sure to update the latest Windows credentials or Sage 100 credentials if changed into the link server.
