Sage CRM Dashboard gives a 360-degree view of the data. Sage CRM Users can view data, Report Charts, and can drill down the particular records from Dashboard itself. Dashboards are easy to manage, edit or customize as per your need. Sage CRM has amazing features to create different types of dashboards as per requirements. Today in this blog we will talk about customized Dashboards we have provided to one of our clients. We have added this dashboard at 3 levels.

  1. My CRM
  2. Team CRM
  3. Company Level

These Dashboards give an overview of the Sales Data customer-wise as well as product-wise for a fiscal year, prior fiscal year, etc. Also, we have provided many filters that can be applied to view the required data.

  • My CRM Dashboard.

The dashboards give an overview of the sales data for the currently logged-in user as per the mapping with the Salespersons. The dashboard shows period-wise (Jan-Dec) sales data of the items purchased by the customer in a fiscal year. Also, we have displayed the YTD/ Prior YTD data in the dashboard. We have also provided filters like Year, Product Code, Sales Rep, customer, and year. The user can filter the data using these filters and view the data accordingly.

  • Team CRM Dashboard.

This dashboard displays, sales data for all teams. Also, here the users get the ability to select multiple sales representatives to view the data. This comes in handy when the Sage CRM user is mapped to more than one salesperson.

This dashboard is in the context of a company. The selected company’s period-wise sales data will be displayed on the dashboards. Here also we have provided filters to segregate the data.
