Today in this blog we will discuss about the error – The GUMU™ for Sage CRM- Sage X3 integration setup wizard ended prematurely. This error occurs when user try to install GUMU™ integration for more than one time on same system.
To resolve this issue you need to check below steps:-
– Login into SQL management studio connecting to Sage CRM.
– Check if any linked server starting with GUMUCRMX3 is created in SQL connecting to Sage CRM. You can check that by navigating in below path,
Object Explorer -> Server objects -> Linked server
– If linked server is already created then delete it and then retry to install GUMU™ integration setup.
This should resolve the problem.
