Synching Customer Status field from Sage 100 to Sage CRM

GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 ERP integration is a real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customer data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM and vice versa. Thus, users can have a 360-degree view of customer data within both the systems.

In this blog, we will go through the new feature which we have added in our latest GUMU™ Integration product which will give the Integration users more functionality and flexibility towards business processes. So, today we will discuss about new criteria i.e. added on Import Customer routine under Sage CRM.

New Stuff : Synching Last Sales Order Date using GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration

In Sage 100 the customers are classified on basis of Active, Inactive and Temporary under status field. But in CRM the user directly used import customer functionality without considering this criteria so as making the user import irrelevant customers into CRM.

So as to solve this, we have added a new field on Import Customer routine as Customer Status as mentioned in below screenshot.

Now the user can sync the Sage 100 customers according to its status in Sage CRM by using customer status field and verify the ERP Customer Status in Sage CRM. Refer below screenshot,
