Sometimes the transporter requires the direction map to deliver the Inventory from one warehouse to customers place. In order to check the direction they will require to manually search the address on maps.
Sage Intacct provides the SmartlinkClicks through which we can provide the direction link for the customers address so that Transporter can go to customer record and directly get the directions to reach them.
In this blog, we are going to discuss about Smartlinkclicks to browse map. Sage Intacct provides feature for Adding Smartlinkclick to standard objects as per our requirements.
Follow the below steps to setup the Smart Link to Customer object:-
- Go to Platform Services Or Customization Services -> Object Customization -> Smartlink Clicks, then Choose Customer for your Object. Then click on Next.
Choose Object - Select Click Properties: -Enter the Field property as shown below.
Select Properties - Provide the exact map details for the customer address in Target.

- Select Deployment Options:
Enter the Label Name,Smart Link ID,Select the option to which page you want to see the link then click on DoneButton:Deployment Options - Now Go to Account Receivables -> Customers, then click the + icon beside Customers. Create newCustomer Entry. While creating Customer, Enter Primary Contact info, which exists in Header.
Customer Information - After this,we can check the Created customer.
- After this click on Direction Button. We can see the location of customer.
