GUMU™ for Sage 100-Dynamic CRM Integration provides an out-of-box bi-directional link between Sage 100 and Dynamics 365 CRM, enabling smooth operation of your business by keeping the data typical across the two platforms. Understanding GUMU™ Workflow for Dynamics CRM and Sage 100 Integration

In this blog, we will be covering a new feature, Type of Accounts, that lets users filter and sync specific account types from Dynamics CRM to Sage 100. This configuration ensures control of data being synchronized, and hence streamlines the interface process.

Configuration for ‘Type of Accounts’
The field Type of accounts is a dropdown in the GUMU™ integration configuration screen. It presents two options to synchronize the account type.

Customers: If this option is selected, only records with the field Relationship set as Customer in Dynamics CRM will be synchronized with Sage 100. This only ensures customer-related data can be focused on during the synchronization process by the business.

ALL

This would allow all types of account records to be synced from Dynamics CRM to Sage 100.

How to Configure

  • Access the Integration Configuration screen in the GUMU™ portal.
  • Identify Type of Accounts dropdown.
  • Select one of these:
    Customers : Only sync the accounts that have their relationship type set to Customer
    All : Sync all account records
  • Save your configuration.

Selecting the correct option will ensure that integration is made available to businesses as per their needs, making data relevant and well-organized.
