You may come across a scenario where you want to modify the Delivered quantity after delivery validation. Sage X3 have a special feature to achieve this functionality. Follow below steps to achieve this feature:
Navigate to Sales -> Deliveries -> Deliveries
Create a delivery and do the validation of it. Now when you try to change the delivered quantity, the system does not allow you to do it. Refer below screenshot.

To overcome this situation, click on action button of the line and then click on “Quantity Change”.

After clicking on action button below screen will display.

Enter the delivery qty you want to ship as shown above screenshot and click on save button.
After changing, qty delivered qty is updated on sales delivery screen. (see below screenshot)

This way we can modify the delivered qty.
