Link Existing Salesforce Accounts with ERP Sage X3 Customers

This blog post is regarding one of the key features of our integration application where you can link existing Salesforce Accounts with Sage ERP X3 Customers. Once accounts get linked, the user can see real time information of that particular linked ERP customer in Salesforce. Also, user can create Sales order for that linked account and promote into Sage ERP X3.

Follow the below steps to link Salesforce Account with ERP Customer –Link Customer

  1. Login to Salesforce.
  2. Go to Administration Tab.
  3. Click on the Link Customer Tab to open Link Customer Page.
  4. Select Integration from the Finder as shown in screen.
  5. Select Link Matching Criteria from the list (i.e. Customer Name).
  6. Click on “Get List” button to get the Accounts/Customer list as shown in above screen.
  7. The User can also provide criteria like “From Customer” and “To Customer” to get only the provided range of Accounts.
  8. There are two options to find out the matching customers of Sage ERP X3.

Auto Map: – Using Auto Map button, it will search the customers of ERP based on matching criteria (i.e. Customer Name) and once exact match is found with account name then the associated ERP customer is automatically populated (refer above screen).
Finder: – The user can also search matching ERP customers by using Finder icon of “ERP Customer” column.

  1. Use “Link” button to link Salesforce Account with selected ERP customers.

In this way the user can link Salesforce Accounts with ERP Customers.
