In our previous blog, we had seen how to promote an Account of Salesforce as a Customer in Sage 300. Now, we will see how to promote multiple Shipping addresses from Salesforce to Sage 300.

Pre-requisite- An Account in Salesforce should already be linked with the Sage 300 Customer. Now for promoting a new Shipping Address,
-> Open a linked Account in Salesforce.
-> Go to its related list of Addresses. You will see an already existing list of Addresses.
Shipping Addresses
-> If you want to add an additional address, click on New Address button. The below page will appear

-> Enter the necessary details.
Save and Promte Address
-> Click on Save button. Clicking on Save will save this address only in Salesforce and will not promote it to Sage 300.
-> Click on Save and Promote button. Clicking on Save and Promote will save this address in Salesforce as well promote it to Sage 300. The below image displays the saved and promotes Address in the Address list of Salesforce-

The corresponding address is promoted to Sage 300. Please refer below screenshot-

Similarly, for promoting an already existing Shipping Address,
-> Open an already existing Shipping Address for a linked Account.
-> Modify the address as required.

-> Click on Save and Promote button. Clicking on Save and Promote will save this address in Salesforce as well promote it to Sage 300. The below image displays the saved and promotes Address in the Address list of Salesforce-

The corresponding address is promoted to Sage 300. Please refer below screenshot-

All the Address information entered in Salesforce is thus passed to Sage 300 for the corresponding Customer.
