Our GUMU™ SAGE ERP Integration for Salesforce (Sage 100, Sage X3/EM and Sage 300) is a real-time bi-directional link which syncs data from Salesforce to Sage X3 and vice versa. Using GUMU™ user can promote Sales Order from Salesforce to Sage ERP. Here, in this blog, we will discuss how to promote Sales Order from Salesforce to Sage X3 ERP.
Please Note: -To View/Promote Sales Orders from Salesforce to Sage X3, it’s very important that the user should have access to “Promote Sales Order” feature. It can be done from GUMU setting -> Security Matrix page. Here Admin can decide whether to allow/deny Salesforce user from particular integration functionality or not.
Security Matrix
Please follow the below steps on how to create Sales Order in Salesforce using GUMU™ SAGE X3 ERP logic and data.
-> Login to Salesforce.
-> Go to App menu and select “GUMU Integration” App.
-> Click on “Sales Order” tab. From here you can view promoted Sales order OR can create and promote Sales order to the Salesforce to Sage ERP.

-> Select desire integration as shown in below image

-> Once the user selects the desired integration and clicks on “New Sales Order” a page will open from where you can add details and promote Sales Order to Sage X3.

Please note that while adding products to the Sales Order in Salesforce we are populating pricing for selected product on a real-time basis from Sage X3. We will discuss more about the real-time pricing in the integration in our future blogs.
