In our previous blog Real-time details in GUMU™ SAGE 300 ERP Integration for Salesforce, we had seen how you can access the real-time Customer details. This blog will help you guide in viewing the real-time Quote inquiries for a Customer.
Below are the steps-
– > Navigate to the real-time details page for a Customer. Refer above mentioned blog.
– > Click on Quote Inquiry tab.
The Quote Inquiry page will display all the Quotes associated with the Customer.
– > Click on a Quote No link
The page displays real-time details of the Quote selected along with the line items.
1. Invoice Information panel provides with all the general information of Quote- the Customer Name for whom the Quote has been created, Invoice Date, Ship via, Ship to etc.
2. Invoice Line Item panel consists of all the products added in the Quote. Each Product line has a link to display the product information.
3. Invoice Total panel displays the Amount, Tax and Line totals for the corresponding Quote.
