Real-time Sales Order Details in GUMU™ SAGE 300 ERP Integration for Salesforce

In our previous blog Real-time details in GUMU Sage 300 ERP Integration for Salesforce we had seen how you can access the real-time Customer details. This blog will help you guide in viewing the real-time Sales Order for a Customer.

Below are the steps-
– > Navigate to the real-time details page for a Customer. Refer above mentioned blog.
– > Click on Sales Order tab.

The Sales Order page will display all the Orders associated with the Customer.
– > Click on an Order No link

The page displays real-time details of the Sales Order selected along with the line items.

Order Information panel provides with all the general information of Order- the Customer Name for whom the Order has been created, Created Date, Terms Code, Ship Via Code Description, Order Incl. Tax Total, Order Discount Amount etc.
Detail Line Item panel consists of all the products added in the Order. Each Product line has a link to display the product information.
