Promote Sales Order from Salesforce to Sage Enterprise Management
Please follow below steps to Create Sales Order in Salesforce using GUMU™ to be later promoted as an Order to Sage Enterprise Management:
-> Go to Sales Order tab.
-> Click on New Sales Order button
-> Fill the required information seen on Header.
Sales Order Header
-> Click on “Add Product” button.
-> Select the “Product Code” from the lookup.
-> After Selecting Product Code, the GUMU will fetch the real-time pricing of that respected Product from Sage EM by calling another web service in the background.
Fetched Quoted Pricing
-> User can see the same pricing at Sage EM side to the same Product.
Sage X3/EM Pricing
Please note the pricing on the page further recalculates till the time user changes the quantity or location/site. And if once the user changes/edits the calculated price, the real-time fetching of the product pricing will stop.
-> Finally, Click on “Add” button on the product entry page to add the product to the order and hit the “Save & Promote” button on the main screen to promote the Sales Order record to Sage EM.
