When you hit that Add button, it will get added to the filter, as shown in the image below.
In any case, if you want to edit your filter, you can click on that filter, and then it will show in the input boxes as shown in the image below.
Then make changes all you want and hit on save button.
Now, Click on Apply, and you will get the Dynamic Query as shown in the image.
