In this blog, we will discuss the “Duplicate Import routine found on order object, Please select master import routine” error GUMU™ for Sales Order Promotion.

  • In GUMU™, if we create two import routines on the same object we get an error called “Duplicate Import routine found on order object, Please select master import routine” error while promoting Sales Order.
  • To avoid this error we need to select any one Order Import Routine and set it as master. So it will not show an error.
  • The following error occurs when if you don’t select the Master import routine.

  • After successful login into Salesforce.

  • Go to the Entity Mapping / Import tab
Click on Entity Import Routine

  • Click On the Eye Button of the Entity

  • After successfully completing these steps you can Promote Sales Orders successfully. And you will be able to see ERP Order No on top of the Screen.
