This enhancement adds real-time visibility to the ERP Addresses and Fields tab on the Account object by pulling aging data directly from the AR_Customer entity in Sage 100.
How to Access the Real-Time AR Aging Feature
Here’s a step-by-step guide to enable and access the feature, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience:
- Log in to your Salesforce Org.
- Launch the GUMU Integration app.
- Click on the Account tab.
- Scroll down to the ERP Addresses and Fields section.
- If the AR Aging panel is not visible, follow these steps to update the page layout:
- Navigate to Setup → Edit Page to open the Lightning App Builder.
- In the builder, click on the ERP Addresses and Fields section.
- From the left-hand Components pane, search for AR Aging.
- Drag and drop the Customer Statics component below the Sage Addresses section.
- Save and activate the page.
- Once complete, navigate back to the Account record to view the newly added Aging Detail section.
Aging Detail Overview
This section offers a holistic view of the customer’s financial status, featuring real-time values for:
- Credit Limit
- A/R Balance
- Open Order Amount
- Remaining Balance
- Current Balance
- 30 Days Aging
- 60 Days Aging
- 90 Days Aging
- 120 Days Aging
Key Formulas
- A/R Balance Calculation:
A/R Balance = Current Balance + Aging Amount
(Aging Amount includes 30, 60, 90, and 120-day aging buckets) - Remaining (Over By) Calculation:
Remaining = Credit Limit - (A/R Balance + Open Order Amount)
(Reflects available credit after factoring in current receivables and open orders)
The Real-Time Aging Detail section delivers actionable financial data at your fingertips. By consolidating credit exposure, receivables, and aging metrics into a single view, it empowers your sales and finance teams to make more informed decisions—faster and with confidence.
