The following setup needs to be done before:

  1. Your Sales Order Transaction screen needs to be set up with the Delivery

  1. The customer should have multiple delivery addresses defined. This can either be done before entering the order, or during order entry.

Delivering to the multiple address:

We have the option of raising a single sales order for a single delivery address or single sales order with multiple line items with several delivery addresses.
  1. Single sales order, one delivery address:
In this situation, we post single sales order for each delivery address.

  1. Single sales order, multiple delivery address:
In this case, we post one global sales order that is going to have delivery to different addresses. We can raise an order for the same product being delivered to different addresses on the same sales order.

This is the default delivery address mapped to the customer

Shipment documents will then be raised per the delivery address.
