Navigate to: Projects module > projects > project management
Click the new + button to start on a new project.
After creation of a new project the you can now go ahead and define the cost structure which allows you to set up the budget for the project, as well as do your task planning which enables you to organize and schedule the various tasks and to assign resources for those tasks.
You can also access the financial follow up of the project using the financial overview function and compare the actual expenses and planned revenue to the budgeted costs.
